Jon Hanna is a health Coach in Charlottesville, Virginia. He began his career in fitness as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. After 4 years of service and tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan he was stationed at Ramstein Air Base Germany and chosen to author his unit's fitness program. Using his innate leadership skills and unique ability to motivate he led all 264 service members to a passing physical fitness score, a first for an Air Force unit of that size. Jon was transformed by this experience, and left the Air Force after 8 years of service.
Since leaving active duty Jon has coached in a variety of fitness disciplines including Crossfit, gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, distance running, TRX, and HIIT Group training.
Jon’s true passion is helping individuals make massive progress 1-on-1. From 50+ pound weight losses to coaching athletes in the Crossfit Games; if YOU are living a healthier lifestyle Jon has met his goal.
Personally Jon is a disciplined crossfit athlete and singer songwriter. He enjoys playing music, writing, skateboarding, snowboarding, history, and travel.
